"MOCKSTARS" - AN EXCITING TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE

Buffy and Bimbo believe the art of effective team building is to take
the individual out of their comfort zone then draw on the combined
strength and support of the group to build self esteem, confidence
and trust of the unit and in the individual thus reducing staff tension
and stress.

"Mockstars"© devised by Buffy and Bimbo is designed to assist your
staff to work with members of their team in a creative way. The
purpose is to provide a fun and challenging experience without
loosing the purpose of the exercise.

How does it work?
Your staff or team is divided into smaller groups. Each group is
allocated a pop/rock group persona e.g. Abba, Kiss, Spice Girls,
Supremes. We provide each group with the required costumes,
makeup, wigs and music in order to recreate their allocated pop
group. Each group must then prepare a choreographed performance
in full costume and makeup to the delight of their peers.

Throughout the evening each group will perform as "Mockstars"©
followed by interviews from the press.

Buffy and Bimbo provided the ultimate ending to a great conference,
the evening actually proved to be the best and most entertaining
team building session we had. They brought us together as a group
and made it one of the most memorable nights we have ever had at a
conference. We laughed, we cried, we danced, we sang..... I never
realised how many would be rock stars we have in our midst without
the participation of Buffy and Bimbo!
